Thermal transfer production process:
The first step, making high-resolution pictures;
The second step is to make a dot-type gravure electro-engraving plate according to the size of the picture;
In the third step, the gravure is mounted on the printing machine and printed on the PET polyester film to be printed as a thermal transfer film, and the finished product pattern can be printed in one hour.
The fourth step is to install the thermal transfer film on the thermal transfer hot stamping machine for printing, the operation is simple, the pattern is formed once, and no coloring is needed.
A thermal transfer stamping machine can print tens of thousands of products in 8 working hours a day. Can be applied to ABS, PE, PP, EVA, leather, stainless steel, glass, wood, coated metal.
Digital thermal transfer production process:
The first step is to produce a high-resolution image;
The second step is to print the pattern on the thermal transfer paper by a thermal transfer printer for hundreds of meters per hour;
The third step is to print the pattern onto the product by using a common machine such as a hot stamping machine, the operation is simple, the pattern is formed once, and no coloring is required;
A machine can print thousands of goods in 8 working hours a day. Can be applied to ABS, PP, leather, ceramic coated cups.
