1.What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) of your products ?
For customized bags with your own logo, usually our MOQ will be 500pcs each colour each style.
For stock, MOQ any quantity is ok and can mix style and color.
2.Can I get a sample first to check the quality ? How much does it charge ?
Yes, surely a sample can be sent to you to check the quality first.
There are two kinds of samples, 1) customized your logo sample, but charge sample cost and takes 5-12 days. 2) stock bags, it cost little and deliver in 3 days.
All sample charge will be refunded when you place bulk order.
3.How long is the lead time for mass production ?
Normally it will take 5-14days for existing product and 45-55 days for customized orders after payment.
Quantity and Specification sometimes also affect the lead time.
4.What's your payment terms ?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping is the normal way.
Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba trade assurance, L/C at sight also acceptable.
5.What products do your company do ?
